• Urban Cult does not capture, process, or save any sensitive payment information directly.

Normal Flow for Prepaid Orders:

• After completing the transaction on the payment gateway, you’ll reach the Thank You page onUrban Cult, confirming your successful order.
• You’ll also receive an email with your order details and an SMS confirmation.
• Your order will be processed and dispatched from our office.

Transaction Errors and Refunds:

• If a transaction fails due to network issues or high volumes, don’t worry. Your money is safe.
• Urban Cult's customer team reconciles payments and manually processes orders the next working day.
